Drawing on his tenure at Tesla and a deep commercial real estate background, he seamlessly bridges the gap between complex real estate deal mechanics and developing EV charging sites that feel like a cohesive property amenity rather than an afterthought.

Backed by a $150M+ track record across more than 80 transactions, Brad has led site selection and development for national brands including Chipotle, Starbucks, Valvoline, Wawa, Sheetz, and more. He evaluates every property with an operator’s mindset, structuring turnkey deals that boost NOI and maximize long-term asset value.

Alex brings 13 years of experience in Tesla's Corporate Real Estate division spanning operations, portfolio infrastructure assessments, and value engineering programs. He was central to Tesla's last-mile operationalization effort, helping architect the workflows that launched and sustained 400+ locations across North America.
